Comprehensive Checks for a Vehicle Air Conditioning Regas
We carry out a comprehensive service of your car or van’s air conditioning:
- Recovering any gas remaining in the system
- Vacuum the system for 15 to 25 minutes depending on the size of the vacuum pump of the machine
- Check for any vacuum loss
- If there is a dye in the system, we carry out a thorough ultraviolet light test
- Refill the system
- Allow the system to run for a few minutes to disperse the gas through the system
- Carry out electronic leak testing
- Fully charge the system with gas taking note of recovered oil from the system and adding as necessary
- Add dye to the system for future testing.
